When I learned that Katrina and Jarrod for hoping for some classic urban engagement photos in downtown Tampa, it was a must that we made sure to visit this park. It’s a beautifully kept park that is centrally located. You have the Tampa Museum of Art, The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts, and the Tampa Riverwalk, all right there with views of the University of Tampa right across the river. So there is so much stunning architecture and nooks for capturing images of my couples.
Katrina warned me before this session that she and Jarrod aren’t always the greatest at posing for photos, but you would never know from the images below. I will always find a way to get my couples to ease up and not feel so stiff buy engaging them in action-oriented “poses” versus directed/specific poses. I’m all about those playful, natural interactions. These two did such an amazing job and I cannot wait for their wedding this weekend that will also be in downtown – at the Sheraton Riverwalk. Below are some of my favorite images of the couple from their session. Enjoy!
PS, are they not the most stunning couple ever? <3
