As the famous proverb goes, “Change is the only constant.”

Well, it’s time for some changes with me…and the direction of my photography business.  Many of you may have already picked up on the change of my business name over the last few months from “Tami Musick Photography” to “Tamarie Photography.”  I’ve made this change because I had the unfortunate, yet fortunate, occurence of having what I thought would be a life-long marriage dissipate. Woe is me, right? Wrong! The past year has had it’s rough moments, but I have definitely become a much stronger person because of the decisions the two of us made last year. After the grievance about the whole situation subsided, I was able to put a lot more focus towards the things I love…my family, my long-time friends (and now many new ones!), and of course, my photography.  I’ve learned SO MUCH over the last year about myself and about the passion I have for taking photos.  It makes me giddy to watch my couples share intimate moments with each other, or see how the children I photograph grow.  So while I may have many stressful moments with editing or computer malfunctions, it’s all worth it in the end when I hear how much my clients love their images.
